We offer 1-1 and small group personal training for anyone looking to improve their health, get stronger, lose weight or achieve a new fitness goal. We pride ourselves on our expertise in the areas of exercise physiology and physiotherapy and assess everyone prior to starting personal training to ensure we identify all their strengths and weaknesses, set appropriate goals and provide gold standard service for our clients.
